What a goood placeee!!! Finally! After trying all the pizzas in new Bern. I tried the big apple in new Bern and I like the pizza there but the service is really bad. But here? You have everything, good service, good atmosphere and GOOD PIZZA! thank you so much. I’ll be back.

I have not been here in years because I never really liked the pizza , decided to give them a try again and I will definitely be ordering weekly here , the pizza was delicious & the place is clean as well as staff were friendly. I am from NY so I am a pizza snob they passed the test and it was approved by my very picky 9 year old . See you soon Big Apple !

I’m from Havelock but am living in Texas and came to visit for the holidays. The restaurant has upgraded so much and the seating by and flow is great! The pizza is delicious and the variety of the menu is great for Havelock. The portions are a good size and they offer a variety of beer in wine in addition to non-alcoholic beverages. I was very impressed that my long time favorite pizza place has made some amazing changes! Enjoy!

Big Apple in Havelock went above and beyond for me. In a rush trying to figure out dinner and what everyone wanted including my two young children I mistakenly ordered myself the wrong thing, and I didn’t realize until it was delivered and we were sitting down to eat. I wanted a chef salad and ordered a garden salad, so my salad was missing the meat part that I was craving so badly. Normally it wouldn’t be such a big problem but, I should mention now that I am pregnant with crazy hormones. I started crying because it wasn’t what I wanted. In desperation I called asking if they could just cut up some meat and I would drive out to pay and pick it up so I could add the meat to my salad. When I apologized for my crazy emotions and crying on the phone and told them I was pregnant they insisted that they bring me the salad I wanted free of charge and that they understood. They took my address and said they would be delivering it within a few minutes and not to drive out. I thanked them so much. Once off the phone I started crying again from happiness because these amazing people understood my emotions and pregnancy cravings and didn’t make me feel crazy. They arrived very quickly and hand delivered me my food with a smile on there face and told me congratulations on my pregnancy and also refused to take any money I offered. I came inside to eat. Unpacked my food and not only found an amazing salad but a huge piece of strawberry cheesecake. I am so very thank for such an amazing restaurant and staff to show me such kindness, when I was the one who ordered the wrong salad. Thank you.

I’m originally from NYC and due to my work, have lived in almost every state along the east coast from Massachusetts down to Florida, and the past 4 years in coastal NC. Up until today- I could honestly say that I haven’t had any pizza where I’ve said, “ I’ll definitely go here again!” I stopped in to “Big Apple Pizza,” in Havelock on a whim because I was hungry. Boy oh boy, to say that the pizza was good is simply an understatement! It was so DELICIOUS it almost brought nostalgic tears to my eyes, and I will most definitely be eating there again! It only took me 20 years of searching to finally find an authentic NYC pizza!!! And it was also a pleasant surprise to find that unlike NYC pizzerias- this one is tastefully decorated and incredibly clean I don’t know who owns this joint, but keep doing what you’re doing.... you guys rock!!!

We are in town visiting our grandson that is in the Marines. A guy at our hotel recommended this place to us. We ordered delivery for dinner. Everything was exceptional. The food tasted great! We had a pepperoni pizza, 3 subs, a gyro, mozzarella sticks and the gnocchi soup. The soup tasted great, my only complaint, it only had 2 tiny little gnocchi in it! I highly recommend this place! Delicious!

One of, if not the best place to get quality, on time food on this side of NC! The Pizza is simply magnificent, the crust is never too crisp like eating ash or too soft and the pizzas themselves have the perfect flavor. The delivery drivers as well are super nice and are consistent with the time you placed an order. I highly recommend this restaurant to any and all who live near it or pass by!

This has been my favorite place to eat in Havelock. The pizza is pretty good and they have a very large venue selection. I think their food is a little on the pricey side but I'm always happy with what I get so I pay the price. If you get a slice of pizza make sure you eat it there and not to go. It doesn't taste the same by the time you get home. Garlic knots are okay they need to be covered and garlic and butter. I like them to be extra unhealthy. The salads are so fresh and the dressings are really good. Definitely check this place out.
